One dedicated agent. Every sale reviewed.

A seat is one experienced agent on your inbound lines for nine hours a day, six days a week. They sell in your systems and follow your SOP, our QA team reviews every sale they make, and you pay one fixed amount per seat each month.

  • 9Hours a day on your lines, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern
  • 6Days a week, Monday to Saturday
  • 234Hours covered by each seat every month
  • 1Fixed amount per seat, every month

01What we sell

Four products, sold the way your SOP says.

Inbound sales for the providers your dealership is authorized to sell. Our agents cross sell across these when your SOP allows it. We only take inbound calls, never cold calls or bought lead lists.

Internet

Cable, fiber, fixed wireless and satellite plans, including speed upgrades and moves.

What a good call covers
  1. 1Checks what is available at the address
  2. 2Matches the speed to how the home uses it
  3. 3Offers TV or mobile when your SOP allows
  4. 4Reads back the order and the promo end date

02The seat

What one seat includes.

The same six things with every seat. Start with five seats and scale once you are happy with the first two weeks.

An experienced agent

Three to five years of US inbound sales, with cross sell and new sales already behind them.

Training on your SOP

Two to three days on your products, call flow, order entry and compliance lines before the first live call.

QA on every sale

Every sale is checked against your SOP. Anything that should not have gone through is flagged, and the agent is coached before their next shift.

A weekly report

Sales by agent, QA scores, handle time and every call we flagged, with the reason.

Floor and equipment

Our own floor, with laptops, headsets, battery backup on every desk and two separate internet lines.

Cover for absences

If an agent calls in sick, covering the seat is our problem, not yours.

03Setup

04Pricing models

Per seat, per hour or per sale. How they compare.

Outsourced inbound sales is usually sold in one of three ways. Each suits a different kind of campaign, and each changes what the vendor is paid to care about.

How Uptura works

Per seat

How it works
A fixed monthly amount for each dedicated agent, whatever the call volume that day.
Good for
Dealers with steady inbound volume who want the same trained people on every shift.
Watch out for
You pay for the seat on quiet days too, so it suits campaigns with consistent calls.
Common with large call centers

Per hour

How it works
Billed on logged agent hours, often across a pool of agents shared between clients.
Good for
Uneven or seasonal volume where you only want to pay for busy periods.
Watch out for
Shared agents split their attention, and without strong reporting it is hard to check the hours.
Common with lead and pay per call vendors

Per sale or per call

How it works
Paid for each completed order or each qualified call the vendor sends or closes.
Good for
Testing a new campaign with little commitment upfront.
Watch out for
Paying per sale rewards volume over quality, which shows up later as cancellations and chargebacks.

We chose per seat because it keeps incentives straight. We are paid to keep good agents on your lines and to run QA on every sale, not to push volume. Ten seats or more gets our best rate, and we go through seat pricing with you on a call.

05Before day one

What we need from you.

Have these ready and the ten day setup holds. Most dealers already have them. If something is missing, we will tell you on the first call.

  • Dialer and CRM logins for each seat, ready by day 1
  • Call recording access so QA can review every sale
  • Your written SOP with product sheets and current offers
  • Compliance scripts and the disclosures agents must read
  • One point of contact for questions during setup
  • A rough call forecast calls per day and your busiest hours

06Choosing a partner

Questions to ask any inbound sales partner.

Whoever you choose, get clear answers to these before you sign. Here are ours.

01

Who hires and trains the agents?

We do. We hire people with three to five years of inbound sales and train them for two to three days on your SOP before they take a live call.

02

How long until agents are live?

Ten days after your first payment clears, with a dry run and QA review before real customers.

03

Who reviews the sales, and how often?

Our QA team reviews every sale against your SOP and coaches the agent before their next shift.

04

Can I listen to the calls myself?

Yes. Calls stay on your dialer, so you can listen to any of them at any time.

05

What happens when an agent is out?

Covering the seat is our problem. You do not lose the seat because someone is sick.

06

Who do I sign with, and how do I pay?

Uptura LLC, a Montana company. First month upfront, then net 15, in US dollars by ACH or check.

What is an inbound sales seat?

A seat is one dedicated agent assigned to your campaign for a full shift, every working day. With Uptura that means 234 hours a month, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern, Monday to Saturday. The agent answers your inbound calls, sells in your systems and follows your SOP, and you pay one fixed amount for the seat each month.

What is the minimum number of seats?

Five. It is enough to cover your lines properly from day one and small enough to judge us on real results.

What happens after the first two weeks?

We go through the calls, QA scores and weekly reports with you. If you are happy, you add seats. Each new seat follows the same hiring, training and dry run steps before it goes live.

Why is ten seats the best value?

At ten seats or more our cost of running the floor is spread across more agents, so we pass on a lower rate per seat. You get that rate whether you start at ten or scale up to ten after your first two weeks.

Which products can your agents sell?

Internet, TV, mobile and home security, for the providers your dealership is authorized to sell. Our agents cross sell across these when your SOP allows it.

Who owns the customer data and call recordings?

You do. Customer records stay in your CRM and calls stay on your dialer. We use recording access to review sales and coach agents, nothing else.

What is in the weekly report?

Sales by agent, QA scores, handle time, every call we flagged with the reason, and what each agent was coached on. It is written in plain language so you can act on it.

Do you make outbound calls?

No. We only take inbound sales calls. We do not cold call or work from bought lead lists.

Can we change our SOP after go live?

Yes. Send the update and we brief every agent on it before their next shift. QA starts scoring against the new version straight away.

Start with five seats.

Watch two weeks of calls and QA reports. If you are happy, scale up. Ten seats or more gets our best rate.
