What we collect

Information you give us

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, work email, company, the number of seats you are interested in and anything you write in the message box. When you message us on WhatsApp, email us or call us, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. We briefly use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions.

Cookies and analytics

We only use analytics cookies if you allow them in the cookie banner. If you do, Google Analytics measures which pages are visited and which buttons are used, with IP anonymization turned on. We do not use advertising cookies. We remember your cookie choice in your browser. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

How we use it

• To prepare proposals and contracts if you choose to work with us

• Vercel, which hosts the website
• Resend, which delivers enquiry form emails to our inbox
• Google, for Google Analytics, only if you allow analytics cookies
• Calendly, if you book a call through our booking link
• Cloudflare, if spam protection is shown on the enquiry form
• WhatsApp, when you choose to message us there

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and related emails for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter a contract, in which case we keep business records for as long as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@uptura.net. If you are in a region with specific privacy laws, such as California, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have further rights, and we will honor them.

Security

The website is served only over HTTPS with strict security headers, and access to enquiry emails is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
